The company was founded by two pioneering entrepreneurs. Jorge ‘Jojy’ Azurin is an acknowledged expert in eCommerce in the Philippines. A Mechanical Engineering graduate at U.P., he founded Businesssummaries.com and years later sold it to one of the world’s largest digital content providers. He currently owns a number of online companies and is a speaker at Membership Site Live, Paypal Cross Trading Seminars and WebCamp teaching online marketing.
Nelson Lim, a business graduate in Ateneo, is a distribution and logistics expert. He built distribution networks for Purefoods, and other food and drug companies. He was the long-time Regional Manager for Newsweek Magazine in Asia. He used to run a pharmaceutical distribution company and a string of internet cafés.
In March 2017, Anson Uy and Arvin Reyes invested in the company covering majority of the shares. Mr. Anson Uy is a General Partner at Gideon Venture Capital Philippines focusing on investments in IT, business services, and innovative solutions for the provincial markets of the Philippines. Mr. Uy has been a Filipino IT entrepreneur for over 20 years and serves as CEO of Sagesoft Solutions. He holds a double degree of BS Management Engineering and AB Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
Arvin Reyes is the CEO of GrabAgility, an IT managed services company. Grabagility is a proven enterprise leader with extensive technical expertise, strong ITIL alignment and has broad experience in managing 24x7x365 nationwide operations. He has 20 years experience in IT and Managed Services and he is the ex CIO of KFC Philippines. Arvin graduated together with Anson at Ateneo de Manila University.
