Our refund and returns policy lasts (7) Seven Days. If (7) Seven Days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

OfficeMoTo will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge subject to the terms and conditions applied herein. Products with warranty cards shall be brought to the authorized service center specified in the warranty card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The warranty list must be presented together with the Proof of Purchase whenever the product/unit requires servicing within the warranty period.

Warranty service will be provided only for carry-in units to the store or to any authorized service center. Warranty service does not cover home/outside service.

OfficeMoTo does not provide service units whenever the product/unit requires servicing within the warranty period.

For out-of-warranty products/units, the corresponding service fee (labor and parts) will be charged to the customer accordingly.

Seven days Return, Seven days Replacement policy. Items purchased more than seven days are subject to repair.

Additional non-returnable items:

• • The Printer that has been found using Refillable inks, Injectable inks, or Continues ink System (CIS) will automatically Void the Warranty.
  • The warranty becomes null and void if the warranty sticker is tampered with or missing, or if the unit is serviced by an unauthorized service center or third person. 
  • This Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, transport, misuse, tampering, mishandling, negligence, natural disaster, pest, infestation, defect/malfunctions caused by viruses and software incompatibility, use of the product voltages other than designated, or where the unit has been installed, maintained or operated not following the instruction manual.
  • This warranty does not cover casing, knobs, labels, and other external parts, free items, accessories (adaptor plug, adaptors, printer cables, detachable trays, feeders, and covers), and consumables (ink tanks, ink cartridges, printer heads, refills, print media, and CD recordable disks).
  • Any repair or modification not authorized by OfficeMoTo will invalidate this warranty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us or contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email or contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
